Incase of emergencies, the Authority will notify customers by phone through Blackboard Connect. We encourage you to leave your current contact number at the authority's office if you have not already done so.

To Report A Problem

In case of Water Emergency a Water Authority Employee will be contacted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year

During regular business Hours call:
